Commission and tiers
The three tiers, how you move between them, and what changes when you do.
The three tiers, their commission and follower codes are on the programme page. The binding table is in the terms, section 3.
Qualifying sales are attributed product sales after discounts, without shipping, and without cancelled or refunded amounts. We look at a rolling 60-day window, so tiers move both ways as sales enter and leave it.
When your tier changes
We update your offer in Collabs. The new rate applies to new orders from then on. Commission you already earned keeps the rate it was earned at. If your welcome email agreed something different with you personally, that agreement applies for the time it states.
An example
If your followers bought €600 of prints through you in the last 60 days, you are in the first tier and earn 10% on new orders: €60.00 on the next €600. The estimator on the programme page does this for any amount.
