Pausing, leaving and changes
Quiet periods, ending the partnership, and how changes to the programme work.
Quiet periods
After six calendar months without a qualifying sale, we review whether to keep, pause or end the connection.
Leaving
You can leave at any time: write to us. Commission you earned properly stays payable under the terms.
When we pause or end a partnership
We may pause while we look into misuse of a code, false claims, missing disclosure or a payment dispute. Pausing turns off future links and codes. We may end a partnership straight away for fraud, self-referral, hidden advertising or false claims; commission on the affected sales is not paid.
Changes to the programme
We can change rates and rules for future orders. Before asking you to accept a material change, we send you the new dated terms. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied then.
