Applying and how we review
The form, what we look at, how Jhilke AI helps, and what the answers mean.
The application form takes about five minutes. You tell us your name, email, handle and main platform, and you can add your profile link, follower count, country, language, a few words about your audience and up to three links to posts you are proud of.
What we look at
- Fit: does your content touch Nepal, trekking, travel, or home and craft?
- Audience: do people in the EU follow you, so they can actually order?
- Honesty: a real audience that engages, and posts that describe things accurately.
- Your own words: why these prints would suit your wall and your followers.
Follower count is one signal among several. A small account with the right audience is often a better fit than a large one.
How Jhilke AI helps
Jhilke AI, our assistant, reads the application and suggests accept, a closer look, or decline, with its reasons. It sees only what you wrote about your channel and audience, never your email address or name, and it cannot open your profile. A person reads every application, looks at your content and makes the decision. You can ask us to explain a decision by replying to our email.
What happens next
You get an email within 3 working days with one of three answers:
- Approved: a welcome email with your terms, then a Shopify Collabs invitation. See your first week.
- Waitlisted: we liked what we saw, but the group is full for now. We write to you if a place opens. You do not need to reapply.
- Not this time: it is not a fit yet. You are welcome to reply with anything we may have missed.
You can apply once per email address. If something changed, reply to our email instead of sending a second form.
