Programme details, rates and tiers are set by Jhilke Studio and can change over time. The dated terms always apply. The creator guide explains these terms in plain steps; if the two ever differ, these terms apply.
1. Joining
Creators join Jhilke Circle by applying through the form on circle.jhilkestudio.com, or when Jhilke Studio invites them directly. Jhilke Studio reviews applications and may accept, waitlist or decline them. Applying does not create a creator partnership. Before we approve a creator or activate an offer, we confirm that they can use Shopify Collabs and set up a payout method, and check that their audience can reasonably reach customers in the EU countries to which we ship.
The creator may live anywhere. Their ability to join and receive payment depends on the Collabs account and payout options available to them. Jhilke Studio currently ships products only to EU countries. We do not promise product delivery outside those countries.
The creator must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where they live.
Joining means the creator has read the terms version named in the approval email.
The creator takes part as an independent creator. Jhilke Circle does not make the creator an employee, agent or representative of Jhilke Studio, and neither side can make commitments for the other.
2. Links, codes and eligible sales
Shopify Collabs issues the creator's referral link and any customer code. Only sales that Collabs attributes to the creator's active link or code and treats as commission eligible count toward commission and tier review. A separate UTM link or a mention without a Collabs link or code does not create commission.
We assess a creator's tier using qualifying attributed product sales over the rolling preceding 60 days. Canceled orders and refunded amounts do not count. The active offer shown in Collabs controls the commission rate for new orders. A tier change applies to new attributed orders after the updated offer takes effect; it does not change commission already earned on earlier orders. We review tiers in both directions as sales enter and leave the 60-day window.
These do not earn commission and may be reversed: orders the creator places for themselves or their household with their own link or code; sales that come from bidding on "Jhilke" or "Jhilke Studio" in paid search ads; codes published on coupon, deal or cashback sites; and sales from spam, unsolicited messages, paid clicks, fake accounts or any other way of creating artificial traffic.
3. Tiers and customer offers

Any customer code applies only to eligible products and orders. It can combine with another offer only when the store's checkout permits that combination. A code does not change the store's delivery area.
Jhilke Studio may agree individual terms with a creator in writing, for example a tier for a stated period or a gifted product. Those agreed terms apply for the period they state, and these terms apply to everything else.
4. Holding period and payout
Collabs holds commission for 45 days from the purchase date. During that period, a canceled or fully refunded order can cancel commission. A partial refund or an order dispute can change what remains payable under Collabs rules. After the holding period, commission moves to Jhilke Studio's Shopify bill. Creator payout depends on that bill being paid, the creator activating automatic payouts, the platform's payout threshold and its payout schedule. The 45th day is the end of the hold, not a guaranteed payout date.
The creator is responsible for their own tax reporting and for keeping their payout details current. Shopify Collabs processes the tracked commission and payout. Jhilke Studio does not issue a second payment for the same attributed sale. Jhilke Studio pays the Collabs processing fee on commission; it is not deducted from the creator's commission.
If the creator is registered for VAT or a similar tax, they tell us so that the commission can be documented correctly.
5. Content and disclosure
The creator decides what to make and when to post unless a separate written campaign brief says otherwise. Each post that contains a Collabs link or code, promotes Jhilke Studio in return for commission, or follows a gifted or paid arrangement must clearly disclose the commercial relationship in the post itself. The creator should use the platform's paid partnership tool where available and tag Jhilke Studio. A platform tag alone may not tell every viewer that the creator can earn commission, so the disclosure should say so in plain language. Put it where viewers see it before they click or buy: the platform's paid partnership label, or a clear tag at the start of the caption or spoken in a video, such as #ad, #anzeige, #werbung, #reclame or #publicité. A tag hidden among other hashtags or behind "more" is not enough.
Any product Jhilke Studio sends the creator is theirs to keep. A gift does not oblige the creator to post, and a post about a gifted product is advertising that must be disclosed in the same way. The creator is responsible for any tax on gifts where they live.
The creator must use material they have the right to publish, describe products and offers accurately, and avoid claims that Jhilke Studio has not supplied or approved. The creator must not present themselves as speaking for Jhilke Studio. Music, footage and other material in a post must be licensed for that use by the creator or the platform. The creator must not post fake reviews or content that is hateful, harassing or unlawful while promoting Jhilke Studio.
6. Permission to repost and share
For content the creator publishes while participating in Jhilke Circle and that features Jhilke Studio, the creator grants Jhilke Studio a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost that content on Jhilke Studio's own website and social channels during and after the partnership. The creator keeps ownership. Jhilke Studio may resize or crop a repost for the destination format, credit the creator where the platform permits it, and will not sell the content to another brand under this clause. Any paid advertising, substantial edit or other use requires separate written permission. The creator confirms they have the rights needed to grant this licence, including permissions from any identifiable people shown.
Content a creator publishes that tags Jhilke Studio or mentions a Jhilke Studio product may be linked or shared by Jhilke Studio on its website and social channels for marketing purposes. This right lasts while the creator participates and afterwards, unless the creator removes the content from the platform it was posted on. Jhilke Studio will credit the creator where the platform permits it and will not claim ownership of the content.
If a creator asks us to take down a repost, we remove it from our own website and channels within 14 days.
7. Pausing and ending a partnership
After six calendar months without a qualifying attributed sale, Jhilke Studio reviews whether to keep, pause or end the connection. Either party may request to end the partnership. Jhilke Studio may pause a connection when it needs to investigate misuse of a code, false claims, missing disclosure or a platform payment dispute. Pausing deactivates future links and codes through Collabs. It does not erase commission already earned and still payable under these terms and Collabs rules. Cancellations, refunds and valid disputes can still adjust pending commission.
Jhilke Studio may end a partnership straight away if the creator seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example through fraud, self-referral, hidden advertising or false claims. Commission on sales affected by the breach is not payable. Commission earned properly before that point remains payable.
8. Changes and contact
Jhilke Studio may revise the programme for future orders. We will provide the new dated terms before asking a creator to accept a material change. Earlier orders remain governed by the terms and offer that applied when those orders were placed, subject to later cancellations, refunds and disputes.

9. Creator data
Jhilke Studio uses the creator's name, contact details, social accounts and attributed sales to review applications, run the programme and pay commission. To help review applications, an AI assistant reads the channel details and audience description the applicant gives, without their email address or name, and suggests a decision with reasons. A person makes every decision. Shopify Collabs holds payout details. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and the creator's rights over it.
10. Liability, law and disputes
Neither side is liable to the other for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost followers. Jhilke Studio's total liability to a creator under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to that creator in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or intentional harm.
These terms and any partnership under them are governed by the law of Portugal, where Jhilke Studio is established. If a disagreement comes up, write to collab@jhilkestudio.com first and we will try to settle it by email. This does not take away any right the creator has under the law of the country where they live.
